Eligibility and Account Registration

To play at PlayOJO, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Great Britain, as only players from Great Britain are permitted to play on our UK casino and bingo site. When you complete your PlayOJO login registration, we will run an automatic eligibility check on your account, which determines whether you qualify for our welcome offers. Wire transfer withdrawals carry a £10.00 fee, waived for withdrawals over £500, while card and e-wallet withdrawals are free. Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the withdrawal page within our software; we do not process withdrawal instructions sent by email or telephone.

Our stated aim is to process withdrawals within a few hours, and we process 95% of withdrawal requests within minutes. If a withdrawal cannot be sent to your chosen method and no alternative details are on file, we will return the funds to your bankroll after 7 days.
